HELP PLEASE.!!! Can anyone tell me what is noshing on my witch hazel?

    The brown edging on the leaves looks like lack of water.
  • The eating could be slugs/snails.
    Has it been watered with a hose in the sunshine? Could the leaves have been burnt?

    @krusty, I agree with the above. You have more problems there. Witchhazels need lots of water, you can tell when they are thirsty when you see the leaves hang down. They also like a bit of shade and a lot more room than it looks like they've got in your photo.
    Something is nibbling the leaves but I wouldn't be too concerned about that at the moment -  it's more important to save your plant!
