Yellowing leaves on tom plant

These are my friend's Gardeners' Delight tom plants. They are giving good fruit but the leaves are going mottled. She feeds once a week and waters daily. Any thoughts please?

Pretty normal for old foliage to die off. It isn't needed once the fruit get going.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
