Ivy fence panels
Hi
We have a corner house for which ivy panels were used instead of a garden wall. However when the house was built they set it back a couple of metres from the road cutting off part of the garden.
We want to move the fence panels to the boundary therefore my question is two-fold; can we re-use ivy fence panels or will we need to purchase new ones and if we do use ivy fence panels on the boundary line, will it potentially affect the pavement (tarmac)?
Thanks in advance.
Lyndsey

Edit, photo might help
You can certainly move any boundary fence back to the 'edge' and it's unlikely to affect the pavement as - A: you probably won't be able to get that close to it, and- B: unless you're planting some hefty trees, any normal hedge is fine regarding roots.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
