I made a previous first post to this forum and it said it was awaiting moderation, and that was 5 days ago. It was quite a detailed post with pictures and I am unable to post it again. What happened to the post that should have been moderated?

Posts usually only get removed for moderation when they're reported, or flagged as spam, so there may have been some dubious content in your post, or an advert/link.
Bearing in mind the username you have @nospam, that may have had something to do with it.
