Small fence/screen Support Indoor Garden?

I have a small indoor garden of solo cups. I am growing lettuce and herbs but they don't have lateral support on the side when they grow taller than the cup and lean over. What are some lateral fencing or screen options where the plant can still get air flow? Thanks

Can you show us some photos of what’s going wrong?

  • Sure. Here is the lettuce. Which is barely supported.

I'm sorry ... your plants are etiolated because they've been struggling to reach the light.  They will never become 'lettuce-like' ... the best you can do is to eat the leaves now.
Lettuce need much much higher light levels than are available in most homes.

You will need LED or fluorescent grow lights to be able to grow salad indoors (even on a windowsill) - luckily they're more affordable these days thanks to the wacky baccy crew!

Thank you! Is this light suitable? https://www.amazon.com/Sunlight-GHodec-Four-Head-Growing-Dimmable/dp/B081CWHKPG

No idea, I would do some research. Plenty of reviews and youtube videos on the topic. One of my friends is into indoor growing and uses fluorescent tubes FWIW.
