I was given a few random bulbs last year and put em in pots waiting to be surprised.
A couple showed no growth at all and in late

spring, I just put them on the greenhouse staging to store with the spent daffs and tulip bulbs and forgot about them.

Look what's popped up amongst the chillies whilst I wasn't looking!
Any ideas what it is?

Looks like either a crinum, nerine, amaryllis or any of those crossed e.g. amarcrinum.

Agree to possible nerine, crinum but interesting no leaves.

Our crinum is in flower now as are the nerines.

Crinum seems about the closest, thanks for the steer both. I think there were leaves over the winter (I kept them in the unheated greenhouse) but there are definately none now on the bulb that has flowered.
The only water that that bulb has had has been from drips from the tray above on the staging. So a big bonus I think!
