Companion planting in the greenhouse ?

I have been told to think on having companion plants when I grow tommies, cues, and chillies in the g/house (next year) this I know Nothing about yet, again any help is good, how does it work, are they in the same growbags or pots or just separate pots ?,

I always plant basil (about 8 plants) and French marigolds (about 10) around the plants too to deter whitefly.
And so far.... I've never had any problems with any beasties on my toms. over many years.
The conditions are ideal for basil too and they grow into big plants.
Just keep removing the flowerheads as they appear and they'll keep growing all season and provide the ideal accompaniment for your delicious toms!
