Wild Carrot ID?

Please can anyone tell me if this is wild carrot.

    Wild carrot smells like carrot.  None of the other possibilities do, many of which are poisonous so give the root a sniff.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    i've got wild carrot and the foliage doesn't look like that.

    Okay ... probably poison hemp then! No purple on the stems yet, though.

    I had wild carrots in my meadow and spent countless hours over several years, to reduce their numbers so have plenty of experience.  Yours does not look like wild carrot. Whether wild or tame they have the same type of tops. The fronds grow directly from the top of the carrot unless running to seed.
