Is my Buddleja established already

Hi there i brought a Buddleja about 2 weeks ago now and as with all my shrubs I’ve reacantly brought I’ve been giving them a water every 2 days now as it’s been very hot. But my Buddleja has really started to grow now new shoots of flowers it’s growing very fast, does this mean it’s established already and no need to keep on watering even tho down in Essex we’re having this extreme heat.

Buddleja is tough when it’s established but for its first season I would continue to water as you have been ... it’s only been planted for 2 weeks ... the roots won’t be established yet. At the moment the shrub is producing flowers from the energy and nourishment it had with it when it came.
I would continue to water exactly as you have been until mid September.
