Disease or pest? Help please

Hi :)
Almost all my plants in the back garden have this sort of mark on the leaves. Please can you help me identify what causes it? Many many thanks!

    It's most likely Ligurian Leaf-hoppers. Not likely to cause serious damage to your plants except cause it to look mottled in appearance.
