Parrafin Greenhouse Heater - advice

Please can anyone advise on the pros and cons of using a parrafin heater for the greenhouse. Electric heaters are not an option for me.

    I use a parrafin heater in late winter early spring to start of my seeds, good if you only need it for short time and no electricity downside is can give of black sooty so need to keep up with cleaning and you need to ventalate or fume mount up but for short periods great.
