Pear tree

My client has patches of brown spots on their pear tree. I’m finding it difficult to identify as there are several fungal diseases that have come up in my research. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

    We also have quince trees and over the years we have had problems but then decided to cut back the quince and allow new growth.
    Yes we didn't get fruit the next year but the growth was good and the following year we had fruit again.
    Our pears aren't like this and I still think these are suffering from water loss

    Thank you. I’ll have a proper look next time I go. I suspect it just needs some tlc and possibly a hard prune and a long drink 😊
