Doesn't look too bad, what do the underside of the leaves look like?

Probably the start of rust, take those yellow leaves off and look underneath, there may be some orange powdery looking stuff, that’s rust.
I’ve got a few like that this year.

Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

That's what I was wondering too.

Strangely enough this is the first year I (so far) haven't seen any rust on my fuchsias at all and there's usually plenty by this point.
  • That’s the underside. Does it look like rust? I’m no gardener. This has thrived the last 2 years
  • If it is rust and I remove stuff will it survive?

Doesn't look like rust to me.

What does one of the leaves that are totally yellow look like on the underside?

When I've had rust, it could be widespread and obvious on the underside of leaves with only slight discolouring on the upper sides.

  • H.c.Whelan hi,
this post is nothing todo with your fuchsia but I noticed your name, I’m a Whelan and as it’s not a common name I wondered if we knew each other.
i won’t be offended if you don’t want to post a answer,

  • A lot of the yellow leaves are at the bottom
