Gaura lindheimeri passionate rainbow - foliage only?

Hello everyone, Newbie here 
I have two of these plants that were planted in my border last year. Doesn’t seem to want to flower and just the foliage on both of them. I have a gaura “whirling butterfly” in a pot and that’s doing well. So what can I do to help it?

I am new to gardening since I bought my first home in 2018, a lot of plants were planted last year so am pleased they came back this year!

They do look like they will flower fairly soon as @Borderline says. I find the pink flowered varieties seem to flower later than the white ones, but that could just be me , others may say differently.
