Do the leaves belong to the plant?
The leaves are from 4 leaf sorrel or oxalis

The seed pods forming on the blue flowered plant look like Brodiaea, but I can't see the shape of your flowers clearly. Google some pics and see if they look like what you have.

  • hi jenny thanks for that I was told seed was given to her, think they are much shorter than brodiaea

Brodiaea only grow to about 10 inches tall here. Google tells me that these days they're more correctly called Triteleia laxa https://www.rhs.org.uk/Plants/18431/i-Triteleia-laxa-i/Details

  • thanks anniD flowers look a good match, but the flowers seem to be coming from the grass like leaves.     I should have made it clearer k67 dont think they are coming from oxalis.    I think I will have to find out more from her,
                            thanks all
  • thanks for the link jennyj, I think i need to find out more about leaves to sort out for sure.

Triteleia/Brodiaea is a bulb, so the leaves are indeed a bit grass-like.
