What are these plants?

Hi all. Can anyone tell me what these plants are please? The one with the blue flowers came in a packet of wild flower seeds and the green leaved one is from a small plant I found and have left to grow in a pot. Is it a weed? The leaves are thick and the plant is spreading out instead of up. Thanks in advance.

I can't remember the first one but it's familiar. Someone else will know though.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
