Bud on a cutting?

I've been all geeked up  this summer to try cuttings so I've been taking them every chance I get. On July 3rd I took a cutting from my Buddleia and I went out today to take a look at it and I'd swear it has a flower bud on it. I should say, when I created the cutting, I made sure to pinch out any top growth so this bud was not there before. It's very, very tiny so hard to know for sure but is that possible? Could such a young cutting be trying to flower? If so, should I pinch that out at this point? Thanks!

Buddleias are so easy from cuttings and grow very readily, so it is possible for them to produce flowers, but it will more likely just be new growth  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

If it is a flower bud I would pick it of so the plant can put its strength into root growth.
