HELP Brown spots on my Passion Flower

Hi, Could anyone please help me, my Passion Flowers leaves have developed yellow and brown spots and have started to wilt and die. Is there anything I can do to save my plant before it’s too late.

    Is it planted in a pot or in the ground, and do you feed it?

    Hi, it’s in the ground and is approximately 5 years old, I don’t feed it too often (twice this year) but when I do I use Miracle Gro all purpose soluble plant food.
