Afternoon all, can someone please tell me if this is a weed or a plant. I have left it as I was told it had a flower but haven’t seen any flowers so thinking maybe it is a weed. Thanking you in advance.
It looks like it's getting ready to flower. On the ends of the branches it looks like buds might be forming, but the pictures are a bit blurry when you zoom in.

However the close positioning to the fence is sometimes typical of a weed! I think it will flower soon and worth a wait to see what it is.
