Tuta absoluta - tomato leaf miner

My tomatoes under glass are being attacked with these moths called Tuta absoluta (tomato leaf miner). I cut open one Roma and found a few which flew out in my kitchen. Is there any defence I can use to prevent further attacks and infestations?
