Is It To Late To Sow Delphinium Seed

I have been given some Delphinium seed and what I would like to know is if I should sow them now or pop them in the fridge and sow them next spring.  I do not have a greenhouse to overwinter them.

Thanks

No, sow now. Make sure you mark them well, however, there is danger of other stuff swamping them.

I agree. They seem to germinate much better when fresh. However, I wouldn't sow directly into the ground, I'd start them in seed trays, then small pots, because the seedlings are easily overlooked, they are so tiny, but slugs know they are there and will home in on them the moment they emerge.
