My Wisteria

I have had a lovely wisteria for about 10 years always flowered profusely.  Last year I cut it back quite hard as the fence blew down in the high winds.  This year it stared to  grow but now all the leaves have wilted what have I done?

    It's probably thirsty.  Try copious watering to see if it recovers.
