Please can anyone identify this shrub please? It has small pink flowers in spring? Thank you

    It could be Loropetalum Chinense, Chinese Fringe Flower. Check online to see if it’s the same flowers.
  • I think you are right and I now know I need to put it in acidic soil and full sun😊 thank you
  • No need for ericaceous compost and they're absolutely happy in semi shade or full sun. Pretty accommodating plants.

    It could be quite thirsty ... that size pot won't hold much moisture

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
