Wallflower seedlings

My wallflower seedlings are about 12 cms tall and I have nipped the tops out, they are in small pots but when can they be planted out, no room at the moment. First time I have grown these. Monty sowed seeds same time as me but no follow up off him.

    If they’re outgrowing their pots I’d either pot them on into a bigger size or plant them into a row in my veg patch until it’s time to plant them out.
