Lovely pink leaves what is it??

hoping someone can identify this? I’d like to move it into a pot for now as it’s growing out under my fence then hopefully eventually re plant it somewhere where I want it!
There’s a weigelia (?) near by could it be new leaves or an off shoot from that? Although that has green leaves with cream edges.

There are a few fuchsia cultivars with leaves like that too ( smaller plants than magellanica, with bigger flowers) but if it's spread from next door the magellanica is more likely. It suckers a bit. Either way they root easily from cuttings so you might want to try some.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
  • Can’t see any flowers on it hopefully it will flower?
