The bottom part of my back wall is damaged and doesn't look nice
Any suggestions for what I can do to hide the imperfections
One suggestion was to put 2 tiers of breeze blocks
Or some posts and attach on treated gravel boards
I can't spend too much hence why I don't want to go for option of sleepers!
    All suggestions welcome

What's the big space in the middle going to be?  Can you not just put some evergreen shrubs in to cover it?  You could always just put in some cheap edging?

    Where’s the damp proof course?

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Ditto dovefromabove, check out where the damp proof course is, and then make sure the raised beds aren’t covering any of it.

The area in middle will be artifical grass(I have my reasons :)
The damaged area is about 30cm high so edging wouldn't work and neither would evergreen shrubs as I have kids and the back wall will be used when playing
Garden isn't very long so shrubs would make it smaller

My landscaper suggested putting posts and attaching wood
    But my concern is longevity
Same issue with sleepers but they are thick and treated better so expected to last longer

You can get edging that size.

    Just google it.   ;)

The questions about the damp proof course are relevant too, that would be useful information for other suggestions?

You really need to address  the dpc issue before you do anything else. It looks from your photo as if your flower beds are breaching it.
    In London. Keen but lazy.
