Japanese Knotweed - should I buy this house?

    I would leave it even if the house was both perfect and cheap.
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    NFU wont insure us because our lake is a " drowning risk" I replied: 
     " presumably you don't ensure anyone who has a swimming pool or a bath either?"  Silence.

    This is the second person in a short while asking about a house with JKW. 

    Anyone know what happened to the last one? I'm hoping they walked away from it.

    Exactly why it's cheap! 
    There will be another house that's perfect for you. I know how disheartening it can be, but you'll find something even better.
