Tiny worms eating pond plants

Morning, any ideas or help on identifying what these tiny, nearly transparent worms are which eating our Creeping Jenny plant to pieces, over the past few days? If so, what should we do to stop them? No other wildlife in the pond (except mosquito wrigglers) Thanks! Anna
