Liquid seaweed and rose blackspots

Does liquid seaweed spray on rose foliage helps in preventing blackspots and other foliage desease?

Wondering if i should make an effort to spray or just water it in soil.

    Not tried it as a foliar feed but it’s a good idea to keep roses fed and watered well as that then helps them to fight diseases.
