Deformed Fuschia Bush

Hi all, any ideas on what is causing my fuchsia to look like this, it looks af is the leaf and flowers buds have fused together, no flowers at all☹️ What can I do to rectify it or is it the end of my 15 year old bush and just need to dig it up and get rid of it😢
Any advice would be appreciated, it normally flowers so profusely.

I can’t see clearly but I suspect that your fuchsia is infested with fuchsia gall mites.

I would think the same as @Dovefromabove, although also can't see picture clearly.
