Rock Identification
Anyone can tell me which rock is this please? I was building a soakaway and started hitting big chunks of white/greyish rocks about a metre down in clay soil. It breaks quite quickly and I am sure I have found these used as garden wall in the area. I live in Surrey. See picture of rock.
I also noticed small coal like rocks scattered all around the ground. Some are hard solid and others were crumbling. What are these? See photos.

Many thanks
Amit
