Lavender Wilting Please Help

I recently purchased some lavender from a supermarket and one of the plants seems to wilting quite badly :( (top left in the picture below). Please could someone help me workout what could be wrong I'd really like to save the plant. I purchased 6 plants in total and they have all been planted out in the same conditions. I have added plently of grit to the soil and make sure I do not water them too freqently. All the plants are getting plently of sun.

    You do need to water them until established, unless it's raining regularly -and by that I mean for a good spell every day, or every other day. They can't cope without water just now, especially when they're in containers.
    Keep them out of the strongest sun for a while too, until established. They're tiny.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
