Identification

Hi to all, would anybody be able to know what this plants name or what it is please?
Very aggressive and the roots were 3' under our sugar snap peas. Have pulled it up and now in the compost bin. I've never seen this before, so not sure where it came from either :)

One of the nightshades ...think it’s Black Nightshade  ... solanum nigrum. Birds like the berries so the seed will have been a ‘gift’.
    Toxic.

Just a thought ... as it has berries/seeds I’d probably not put it in the compost ...despite not being ripe yet  the seeds might be viable and you’ll have loads more plants next year!
