Black speckles

I am a learner gardener and for the first time I've grown beans in a large tub. Not all the beans are affected but some of them have black speckled I will try and post pic. Advice of what I've done wrong will be greatly received.

Those look perfectly normal to me as many bean varieties naturally have such markings, which disappear when cooked. See this older thread:

It's like magic @zakzak - get them in a pan and the dark colouring vanishes!!!

One of the many things I've learnt on the forum this year.
