Tomato Leaf Mould - OK to eat the Tomatoes?

Guy2Guy2 Posts: 18
Hello,

Over the last few weeks I have had what I believe is tomato leaf mould on my plants which are in a greenhouse. Reading up on it I think the problem is due to me planting them to close, and it seemed to start a few weeks ago when we had a couple of very humid days.

I have been removing infected leaves and as they are all in pot I will remove and gt rid of all plants and compost at the end of the season. I will also disinfect the green house over winter as recommended to do.

Anyway my question is, the Tomatos that are growing, will they still be OK to eat? In reading up it just appears to say that it will affect yield, but assuming the tomatoes 'look good' should they be safe to eat?

Many thanks,

Guy
