What shall I do?

This has been a bit of a project this year! For my next job though, the breeze blocked raised  bed currently home to wildflowers. I don’t like them there, I think they look messy, so for next year I’ll going to put them in the border next to the gate. What would you do with the raised bed? I’m either thinking to partially fence or off, turf it and make a little outdoor dining area, or grow edible stuff in there.

I'd make the raised bed look better if you're keeping it - whatever you intend doing with it in terms of planting etc.  It's not very attractive, and quite imposing. Either demolish and build a proper wall, or have that one fixed and rendered. You can add an edging of paving which then doubles as seating.
It will then look decent if plants are herbaceous, and therefore it's seen all winter once they've died down, especially if you're seeing it from the house  :)

You already have a seating area so I agree with @Fairygirl that you should smarten up the structure of that raised bed.   If it's in sun all day it would make a good herb bed which could be both decorative and useful with shrubby rosemary and variegated sage, ground cover thymes,  a lavender for perfume and then tarragon, parsley, basil, oregano and a mulch of pebbles, gravel or chipped slate or bark in between to keep down weeds and retain moisture.

Vegetables will look messy too as you harvest them or they go over but could look good if you mix them up with some perennials for colour.
