Wisteria

My young and newly planted Wisteria, bought from garden centre, has developed holes in its leaves. Does anyone know what has caused this and what could be eating it please? and will it do any harm to it? Thank you

  • Is it that creature? What is it?  :)

Had trouble seeing it, so have expanded that area and think it's a bush cricket of some kind.  It would certainly be capable of making those holes.

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
  • I could only see one, it's a cute creature, it hopped like a cricket. I moved it to the other end of the garden. I hope my plant recovers. Thank you Bob.
