Multi-Mite Liquid Seaweed fertiliser

I bought 2.5ltr of the above. I add two 40ml capfulls to 8ltr of water. When I pour it tjere doesn't appear to be any colour change in the water. When young Montegue uses his seaweed fertiliser and you see it on the TV it looks like he's using used engine oil. It's so dark, his infusion.
