Cherry tree

I bought this tree about twelve months ago and although it is new growth and I have had a small amount of fruit, it looks unwell. See photos. No sign of aphids or the like. HELP!

    I agree.  The marks are more cosmetic than harmful to the tree.  There is no treatment available, and they are really  nothing to worry about.  To lessen the chances of them appearing next year, make sure you clear-up all fallen leaves as this sort of pest usually overwinters in the leaf litter beneath the tree.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
