    Not totally certain but you should try Googling mirabilis jalapa ?  It is a bit difficult to judge the size or to see the leaves clearly in your photo  :)

    Quite easy to grow in the UK, but treat like a Dahlia (i.e. not hardy, store the tubers in a cool, dry place over Winter).  I collected ours as seeds from Corfu, where the flowers were big and showy.  I find that the flowers are small and unimpressive in our garden.

    Thank you very much. The plant is currently flowering well on a balcony at my sister's Vienna flat. I shall pass her  your advice.
