There are a multitude of knowledgeable gardeners on this forum, including designers, who would be delighted to advise you. If you provide all the relevant information, including dimensions, aspect, colour preference, whether you want low maintenance etc. I’m sure you’ll get many ideas. A photo of the proposed position would also help.
The was a horrible hedge there which lots of other shrubs and many holes in it. We had them taken out and a large fence put in there and we will also get more topsoil, manure and and compost. It’s a big flower bed now

The amount of time you have to spend on maintenance, and your general capabilities, are also factors. A 'big flower bed' could be anything from twenty feet to two hundred, depending on your point of view.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
