Tigerella tomato problems!

Hi everyone! This my first year growing anything. My tigerella tomatoes have been growing so beautifully until recently, we started to see this white scabby things develop as they ripen. I’ve read a lot about bacterial canker and how it usually the seed that’s affected, well I’ve given plenty of tomato plants away and no one else seems to be having this problem? Well so far anyway. Also the stems don’t to be brown inside which has been an indication of canker from what I’ve read online. But I would love to know what to do! Do I get read of them all?!! I have 6 plants in my greenhouse, with some other tomato plants growing in there too, I don’t want whatever it is to spread but I’m scared to throw it all away if it could be fixed!
