Cauliflower - Can it be grown all year round?

I bought some cauliflower seeds which was printed as all-year-round.  It has germinated within 2-3 days.  I am wondering whether can we grow it all year round in the UK weather (West Midlands)

Are there any other vegetables that can be grown all year round in the UK?

Thanks

'All the year round' is a specific variety of cauliflower in this case, and is one of the types I grow.  The main advantage of this variety is it takes a relatively short time from sowing seed to cropping so you can make several 'successional' sowings spaced 2-3 weeks apart, so that you don't get them all coming at once.  I start small batches from February to the end of May.  It's also possible to sow in October and get an early spring crop, but I've not tried that.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

@BobTheGardener Incidentally I sowed an experiment in September last year, left the plants outside all winter in pots, moved them into beds in late March and had cauli ready for harvest by end of may. I was shocked it worked, but it did, and beds were ready for reuse. I'll do that again.
