It looks like a type of rhododendron,l think.

I think it's Euphorbia mellifera. I'm sure Great Dixter's nursery sells it as they have it in the garden.

Another vote here for possible Euphorbia mellifera ... I wish we
could see the flowers better ...

Thank you I have just looked and yes think the Euphornia is the one.
