Brackets to connect posts

Hi. I know the title sounds basic. I’m using 150x150 posts which I’m laying on the floor to act as sleepers. Any idea what brackets I need to connect them to each other and where to get them from please? Want a secure fit but also to look as close together as possible. Thanks Tried a few Diy s to no real joy

Are you talking corner brackets for raised bed type oblongs, or to connect two in a straight line?
