Pieris advice

Can anyone please offer a suggestion on what I need to do to revive this plant? It is in ericaceous soil & gets a regular ericaceous feed but is looking rather droopy!

    Pot's too small - by a long way.
    If they're in a pot, they need a decent big one. A soil based compost if they're staying in it, not compost alone.
    They're far better in the ground though. Neutral soil is fine, they don't desperately need acidic soil to do well, they just don't thrive in alkaline soil.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
