Polytunnel - drainage problem

I wonder if any of you have had this same problem
I have a new Polytunnel. It was trenched in; polythene buried in a trench....grass sods on top
The problem is, water is seeping up into the tunnel around the edges and especially in the front door. I have googled to see what i can do, but not much results
I imagine the rain water is running down off the polythene and gathering in the trench and then coming up in the beds inside the tunnel
I would appreciate any advice
