Please identify this beautiful red flower.  Much admired for last few weeks but I don't

    I grow them their called ' Maltese Cross, Lychnis Family. Look closely and you can the see Red Cross-like flowers  called an Umbel, I have given some to friends and family as well. I collect the seed put them in envelopes and hey ho start them off again in early March. You can get the seed from on any of the seed catalogues on line to start you off. I like them because they are a true Pillar Box Red and there's not many plants that have that colour! My mums favourite colour.

    I grew a huge batch several years ago and they came back year after year. They grow easily from seed.
