Trying to ID this plant

Some plants grow so fast at this time of year. I am always potting on to the next size pot. The plant below is now at a decent size, yet I have no idea what it is. I need to ID it before it is is eaten!

The leaves are sort of triangular in shape

A beneficial species to have around apparently:
There is an area at the end of my front garden where the lawn ends. From here to the boundary wall is about 8 feet. The width is about 20 feet.
This area is basically barren, except from a few weeds that grow.I understand what you are saying.
Only this afternoon I was digging up comfrey on this area to put in buckets. I had to get the pick out due to the mass of tree roots from a massive Ash, just below the surface.
