Taking cuttings

Here are my plants from T&M ( six weeks late and three inches tall when I received them) after growing on a bit.
Do you think they are big enough to take cuttings now, or just pot on until a bit bigger?
The ones I'm thinking of doing are the Penstemon strawberries and cream, Amelia Jayne, Czar and Blackberry Icecream. Plus the Salvia Tahoe, Lake McKenzie, and Strawberry Lake. Will they survive winter in a cold greenhouse , to be planted out next year.

    If they were mine I would let them grow on, to make good strong plants before winter and then take cuttings in the spring, which will grow away quickly to make good plants themselves.
    I usually keep my greenhouse  just frost free. Last year didn't need any heat as it didn't drop below 1.5C. Salvias and penstemons all fine.

    I would pot them on and let them grow strong root systems before trying to take cuttings next spring.  If you have cold or wet winters I would also keep them in a greenhouse or cold frame over their first winter for extra protection till big enough to cope and provide spares.

    I don't usually take cuttings, so its new to me. As these arrived so late and small did wonder if I should just pot them on.
    As for greenhouse temps, it has got down to -1 in there when it was -5 outside, so not sure they will survive. I do put my bedding tubs in overwinter and the geraniums and fuchsia survive so hopefully they will too.😁
